Proddatur Chandrababu is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Strefa Projects Pvt Ltd. A serial entrepreneur with a strong focus on business marketing, he is dedicated to unlocking the next phase of hyper-growth. His expertise lies in scaling new channels and expanding into diverse categories.
With extensive experience working across various regions in India and abroad, Chandrababu has been serving as the Managing Director of Strefa Projects Pvt Ltd since 2016.
Prior to this, he held management positions in multiple companies, gaining deep insights into leadership and business development.
Chandrababu holds a Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and an LL.B. degree from Osmania University.
Kadiyala Suresh is the Project Director and Co-founder of Strefa Projects Pvt Ltd. With extensive experience in project execution, he specializes in planning, engineering, and consulting in construction management.
In his role, he primarily focuses on project execution, ensuring seamless operations by closely monitoring day-to-day activities. Since 2016, he has played a key role in driving the company’s growth and success.
Prior to co-founding Strefa Projects Pvt Ltd, Suresh held management positions in various companies, gaining deep expertise in project leadership and execution.

Saideswar Rao Director - Infrastructure , Over 14 years of work experience in Information Technology. Adept technical professional with a variety of skill sets including access management, Infrastructure Management, information assurance, and he has done Masters from University of Wales, UK.
INFRA DIRECTOR
Ravinder Reddy is a Director and Shareholder of the company, serving since 2021. He plays a key role in supporting Strefa with collateral properties and contributes to enhancing the company's net worth.
With a keen eye for unlocking new business opportunities, he is an active investor in emerging companies. In addition to his role at Strefa, he owns and operates a logistics proprietary firm.

Before joining our company, Krishna Kumar gained extensive experience in financial management, having worked in various companies’ finance departments, where he played a crucial role in driving financial stability and growth.

CH Ajay Kumar has over 24 years of experience in the civil and telecom industries. As a key member of Strefa Projects Pvt Ltd, he has been serving the company since its inception.
He primarily focuses on project execution, vendor coordination, subcontractor management, and site team supervision, ensuring seamless operations and project success.
Prior to joining Strefa Projects, Ajay Kumar held key roles at Aster Tele Services Pvt Ltd (India), BCOMM (UAE), and Sirti MENA for Projects L.L.C (Qatar), gaining valuable expertise in the industry.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE MEMBER
Pujari Sekhar is an advisor and well-wisher of our company, with extensive experience in executing various projects across the USA and India.
As a member of Strefa’s executive leadership team, he plays a key role in marketing and communication strategies to drive business development opportunities. His expertise lies in identifying and developing new business ventures.
Sekhar holds a B.Tech degree from JNTU University.
EXECUTIVE ADVISOR
Hamed is an Executive Member and a valued well-wisher of our company. With over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, he brings extensive expertise in advising management teams and driving strategic growth.
He focuses on business development opportunities in Middle Eastern countries while also supporting product management activities.
Currently based in Afghanistan, Hamed is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of more than five companies in the region.
